Lawyer Zhao Yan began to practice in 2012. She is good at handling litigation in commercial fields such as contract disputes, company disputes and real-estate disputes. She has represented many commercial litigation and arbitration cases (including first, second instance, retrial and execution procedures) accepted by the People's Court of the Supreme Court, courts at all levels in Beijing and Beijing Arbitration Commission. She has rich experience in lawyer practice and project management.

As a lawyer in the legal aid center, she has participated in the duty activities of Beijing Legal Aid Center, Dongcheng District Legal Aid Center, Dongcheng District procuratorate and Beijing First Intermediate People's court, handled criminal cases assigned by Beijing Legal Aid Center and Dongcheng Legal Aid Center at all stages. She has rich experience in legal aid and criminal case handling.
